This brings back memories. I don't know about these days, but when I was a child in the 60s most farms seemed to have pieces of machinery rusting in paddocks. We had old trucks and cars, and older pieces like iron-wheel scarifiers or other implements pulled by horses. I particularly recall those iron seats on old ploughs, etc. My brother and I loved to play on these. Makes me want to go hunting in rubbish tips again...
Many local farms still present similar scenes, and opportunities for children's play!
